The ECG Quiz User Manual

For image submissions:

• We accept GIF, JPG, and PNG image formats.
• The maximum size of the image is 3.5 MB.
• Please scan the ECG in full color with a minimum width of 3000 pixels.

For digital data submissions:

• We accept WFDB, SCP, EDF, ISHNE, GE MUSE XML, and Philips XML formats.
• Archive your submission before submitting using one of the following:
  zip, tar, gzip, rar, bz, bz2, or 7z.
• When using a multiple file format like WFDB, please ensure all files are included in a single compressed archive.

When entering the Diagnoses, select all diagnoses present in the ECG. Please be as complete as possible.

When entering the Description, please describe the ECG in your own words. Be as descriptive as possible about why you chose the diagnostic statements you entered. Use the explanations contained in The ECG Quiz as a guide.

If you have a dataset of ECGs that you would like to contribute to The ECG Quiz, please contact us. We will provide instructions for uploading your dataset to our servers.
