ECG Quiz User Privileges
User privileges and available features in the ECG Quiz depend on the user's User Type. There are five User Types defined in the ECG Quiz. This page provides a description of each User Type along with the respective privileges associated with them.
We also have a graphical summary of user privileges.
Anonymous Users
Anonymous Users are those users that have not created an account
on the ECG Quiz site.
Anonymous Users have access to a limited set of features on the site that include:
Access to a very small set of ECGs available on the ECG Quiz
Access to a dashboard that combines results from all anonymous users
All ECGs are assessed at the Beginning Learner expertise level
Registered Users
Registered Users are those that have created a free account on the
ECG Quiz site, but have not paid to subscribe or
joined an Organization that has subscribed to the ECG Quiz.
Registered Users have access to the following set of features on the site:
Access to a slightly more extensive set of ECGs available on the ECG Quiz than Anonymous Users
Access to a personal dashboard that only shows the user's performance
Ability to view performance trend graph for your active data set
Ability to submit ECGs to be included in the ECG Quiz
Ability to challenge interpretations of the ECGs contained in the ECG Quiz
Ability to participate in online forums
Ability to view and submit comments about specific ECGs
Ability to set the expertise level at which ECG interpretations are assessed
Access to a list of links to other ECG-related websites
Subscribers
Subscribers are those users that have created an account and
have paid to subscribe to the ECG Quiz.
In addition to the features provided to Registered Users, Subscribers have access to the following features on the site:
Access to all ECGs available on the ECG Quiz
Ability to select the ECG type(s) they want to analyze, such as 12 lead diagnostic, 1 lead telemetry, etc.
Ability to select the format of the ECGs they want to analyze (digital signals and images)
Ability to select the difficulty of the ECGs they want to analyze (simple, moderate, difficult)
Ability to select the Diagnosis Categories that will be used to grade submitted interpretations
Ability to regrade interpretations if the correct answers for an ECG changed since submission
Ability to share your Current Results and Quiz Results on various social media platforms
Ability to archive results sets and view the archived result sets
Ability to view performance trend graphs for your active and archived data sets
Ability to create quizzes to share among their peers
Ability to take quizzes created by the ECG Quiz Administrators and those shared by other users
Ability to view the results of Public and Shared quizzes they take, including summary and individual results
Ability to select a list of friends allowed to share quizzes with the user
Organization Members
Organization Members are those users that have created an account
on the ECG Quiz site and have joined an Organization
that has subscribed to the ECG Quiz.
In addition to the features provided to Subscribers, Organization Members have access to the following features on the site:
Ability to take quizzes created by their Organization Administrators
Ability to view the results of Organization quizzes they take, excluding summary results
Organization Administrators
Organization Administrators are those users that have created an account,
have joined an Organization that has subscribed
to the ECG Quiz and have been named an Administrator of that Organization.
In addition to the rights provided to Organization Members, Organization Administrators have access to the following features on the site:
Ability to manage Organization information
Ability to manage users in their Organization (promote to Administrator, remove from Organization, etc.)
Ability to create quizzes that can be taken only by Members of their Organization
Ability to see quiz results for all quizzes created for their Organization
