Contributing ECGs
The ECG Quiz gladly accepts submissions of ECGs from our users. We accept image and digital data submissions. Use this form to submit your ECG to be included in the ECG Quiz.
Notice
Anonymous users are not allowed to contribute ECGs to the ECG Quiz.
Important
By submitting ECGs to The ECG Quiz, you confirm that you own the copyrights, have the authority to transfer them, and agree to transfer those rights to Cardiac Technologies, Inc. for use in The ECG Quiz.
Single ECG Contributions
For image submissions:
- We accept GIF, JPG, and PNG image formats.
- The maximum size of the image is 3.5 MB.
- Please scan the ECG in full color with a minimum width of 3000 pixels.
For digital data submissions:
- We accept WFDB, SCP, EDF, ISHNE, GE MUSE XML, and Philips XML formats.
- Archive your submission before submitting using one of the following:
zip, tar, gzip, rar, bz, bz2, or 7z. - When using a multiple file format like WFDB, please ensure all files are included in a single compressed archive.
Important
Please remove or obscure all Protected Health Information from all submitted ECGs.
When entering the Diagnoses, select all diagnoses present in the ECG. Please be as complete as possible.
When entering the Description, please describe the ECG in your own words. Be as descriptive as possible about why you chose the diagnostic statements you entered. Use the explanations contained in the ECG Quiz as a guide.
ECG Dataset Contributions
If you have a dataset of ECGs that you would like to contribute to the ECG Quiz, please contact us. We will provide instructions for uploading your dataset to our servers.
